• Frankston Pines Soccer Club – PlayFootball Registration Terms and Conditions
  1. Registration
  All players must register through the official PlayFootball platform before participating in any training or matches.
  Registration is only complete once payment of all applicable fees is received and the player status is marked as “Active” in PlayFootball.
  2. Fees and Payments
  Registration fees include club fees, Football Victoria levies, and Football Australia national registration fees.
  Fees must be paid in full by the due date specified during registration.
  Failure to pay fees may result in suspension from training and matches.
  3. Refund Policy
  Refunds will be processed in accordance with Football Australia’s Registration Fee Refund Policy and club guidelines.
  Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the club secretary and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances (e.g., injury, relocation).
  Any approved refund will exclude non-refundable levies and transaction fees.
  4. Player Eligibility
  Players must comply with Football Victoria and Football Australia regulations, including age group requirements and transfer rules.
  Proof of age and identity may be required during registration.
  5. Code of Conduct
  All players, parents, and guardians agree to abide by the club’s Code of Conduct, Football Victoria’s policies, and the National Member Protection Policy.
  Breaches may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or deregistration.
  6. Insurance
  Registration includes coverage under Football Australia’s National Insurance Program.
  Players are encouraged to review the insurance details on the Football Victoria website.
  General
  7. Privacy
  Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with the club’s Privacy Policy and Football Australia’s data protection guidelines.
  8. Media Consent
  By registering, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during club activities for promotional purposes unless you notify the club in writing.
  9. Health and Safety
  Players must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
  The club will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment but accepts no liability for injuries sustained during normal football activities.
  10. All Abilities Inclusion
  Frankston Pines Soccer Club is committed to providing an inclusive environment for players of all abilities.
  We actively support Football Victoria’s All Abilities programs and ensure that facilities and coaching practices accommodate diverse needs.
  11. Child Safety Standards Compliance
  The club adheres to Football Victoria’s Child Safety Standards, including screening of volunteers and staff, mandatory Working With Children Checks, and implementation of child-safe policies.
  We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people involved in our programs.
